Pvp character modifier
Pvp character modifier. That NPC would be somewhere in the pvp isle, preferably at balthazars. It would be used to change mods of weapons(base mod , like 15% enchanted to 15% above, or secondary mods like vampiric, sundering, or insightful for staffs). Of course, you cannot change secondary mods to mods you haven't unlocked. You could eventually dye your character to specific colours(those like you have at making a pvp character). It would help for people, so for example if you got a gladiator titled character, and like now, he he had 10/10 sunderings which now changed their max to 20/20, that person could be able to change it. Or, if you unlock a rune, you would be able to automatically remove the rune you want(it will be destroyed when saved) and change it to the one of ur taste(of ur proffesion, of course), so there wont be a need to remake the character.(and lose the title, for instance)
